The Minister of Digitalization and Public Administration, Lulezon Jagxhiu, held a meeting today with representatives of the Oracle company, where he was informed about the progress of the project to implement the Digital Assistant based on artificial intelligence in the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK).
The launch of the Digital Assistant for citizens is expected to take place within a few weeks. This digital assistant is expected to play an important role in providing accurate and immediate information, guiding citizens towards relevant services, reducing waiting times and administrative procedures, as well as in standardizing institutional communication.
It will serve as the first point of contact for many services, increasing transparency, efficiency and access to the administration.
