The Whole-of-Government Platform (WoG) marks a significant step toward the digital transformation of public administration in Kosovo.

The Minister of Digitalisation and Public Administration, Lulëzon Jagxhiu, today officially launched the implementation of the Whole-of-Government (WoG) Platform, which is far more than just another information technology project. It is an investment in the way the Government plans, coordinates, implements, and monitors public policies.

Through this project, the Government is building the internal pillar of its digital transformation, moving from fragmented processes towards a more integrated, coordinated, and data-driven public administration.

The WoG Platform will create a shared digital environment for public institutions, enabling strategic planning, monitoring of the Government Programme and the National Development Strategy, workflow management, analytical reporting, as well as integration with existing government systems, including those for public financial management, human resources, payroll, asset management, legislation, and other shared systems.

By standardising processes and automating workflows, the platform will help reduce the administrative burden within institutions, simplify procedures, and increase institutional efficiency.

During the implementation process, the participating institutions will jointly review and validate the platform’s functional and technical requirements, ensuring that it responds to institutional needs and supports a more efficient public administration. A modern government is not built on technology alone. It is built on standardised processes, institutional cooperation, data-driven management, and accountability. This is precisely what the Whole-of-Government Platform aims to achieve.
