The Minister of Digitalization and Public Administration, Lulëzon Jagxhiu, participated in the inauguration of the Tax Administration of Kosovo building in northern Mitrovica, an expanded and radically transformed facility that will serve the citizens of the Mitrovica region with better conditions and more efficient services.
This investment demonstrates the Government’s commitment to strengthening the functioning of state institutions and to providing faster, more qualitative and closer services to all citizens, without distinction.
In the same neighbourhood where this facility was inaugurated today, 14 years ago, Selver Haradinaj was killed in a terrorist attack. In his honour, Minister Lulëzon Jagxhiu, together with Prime Minister Kurti and members of the government cabinet, visited his family.
For years, important steps have been taken in the northern part of the country to strengthen law and order, contributing to increasing security and stability for citizens.
In this context, the inauguration of the new TAK facility in the north is clear evidence that the state is there — present, functional and at the service of every citizen.
