Reducing the administrative burden and simplifying public services is advancing to another level!
The Ministry of Digitization and Public Administration and the Office for Strategic Planning presented the Manual for Simplifying Public Services, another important step towards a more modern and efficient administration.
In practice this means:
- Elimination of unnecessary requirements
- Simpler and clearer procedures
- Less duplicate documentation
- Faster services for citizens and businesses
- Digitalization in Kosovo is advancing at a rapid pace:
- Over 320 electronic services in eKosova
- 400 new services with eKosova 2.0, coming soon
- 115 services simplified at the central level
- Around 650 services simplified at the local level
- 107 unnecessary services eliminated
The Draft Manual proposes a unified methodology for reviewing and reengineering procedures, directly addressing unnecessary bureaucracy, duplicate documentation, and approval delays that burden citizens and businesses.
