A delegation from the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (KIPA) conducted a study visit to Luxembourg, where it was welcomed by the Ministry of Public Service and INAP. This meeting marks an important step in strengthening administrative cooperation between the two countries, within the framework of the project “Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in Kosovo”.
The main focus of the discussions was the further professionalization of the civil service and the adaptation of training programs to the dynamics of the time. During the meeting, best practices were exchanged on building new capacities for public officials, as well as the integration of technology for enrichment and innovation in our training methodologies.
Luxembourg remains an important partner of Kosovo, so we express special gratitude for the continuous support and concrete assistance that is being provided to us through the program “KSV/023”, funded by LuxDev and implemented by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA).
This strategic project is oriented towards expanding KIPA’s capacities for e-Learning and specialized training in the field of cybersecurity. This support comes at a crucial moment, when the secure digitalization of services and raising cyber awareness within our administration are key priorities.
The Ministry of Digitalization and Public Administration, through KIPA, remains committed to deepening this long-term partnership with the institutions of Luxembourg, building a more efficient, modern and secure public administration for all our citizens
