Just a few days after the launch of the cybersecurity training platform, the Cyber Security Laboratory was inaugurated today, a strategic investment in strengthening the digital defence of the Republic of Kosovo.
In the presence of Mr Lulëzon Jagxhiu, Minister of Digitalization and Public Administration, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the Luxembourg Embassy in Kosovo, Mr. Eric Dietz, the now functional laboratory was presented, which will serve for analysis, research and response to cyber threats.
The Minister emphasized that cybersecurity today is no longer an option, but a strategic necessity, highlighting the importance of building state capacities for prevention, detection and response to cyber attacks
This laboratory represents an important step in the functionalization of the Cybersecurity Agency and in strengthening the national cybersecurity architecture.
