Within the framework of the Berlin Process, the ministerial meeting “People4Europe – From reform to readiness” was held today.
The Minister of Digitalization and Public Administration, Lulëzon Jagxhiu, participated in this meeting, which served as a platform for the exchange of experiences and the coordination of further steps towards reforms that accelerate the European integration of the countries of the region.
During his address, Minister Jagxhiu informed the attendees about the progress achieved in the reform of public administration, emphasizing that digitalization is not separate from this reform, but is one of its most powerful enablers.
He highlighted the advancement of digital services through the eKosova platform, which now offers over 320 electronic services, as well as the work initiated to develop eKosova 2.0 with new services and functionalities, including those based on artificial intelligence.
The Minister also underlined the importance of investing in human capacities and strengthening leadership as essential factors for building a professional, efficient and sustainable public administration.
Public administration reforms are not only an internal transformation process, but a direct path towards European integration, by building institutions that reflect the standards and values of the European Union.
